 Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum Mega Last Episode

The last Episode presented a unique love story different from the usual ones Pakistani filmmakers prefer. It centered on Sharjeena (Hania Aamir), a successful woman in a relationship with the careless and irresponsible Mustafa (Fahad Mustafa).

The drama did a great job of showing how opposites can attract, a theme that resonated throughout the story. One element that caught my attention was the dynamic use of music, especially the transition from “Chal Diye Tum Kahan” to “Sajna Da Dil Toraya”.

Mustafa was a mix of admiration and frustration. Although he initially helped Sharjeena with household chores, he found it difficult to communicate and was unable to resolve the issues in their relationship.

Sharjeena, meanwhile, juggles her studies and work and is an unwavering supporter of Mustafa. However, when it came to his understanding, he did not ask for help from his family and instead chose to simply shout out her name in desperation.

The parents of the main characters added another layer to the story; one parent accused their child of stealing while the other blamed the son-in-law for his troubles. I couldn’t help but feel that the parents should have trusted their children because life is not always full of happiness.

As viewers, including me, we expect a happy ending but the fulfillment of these expectations is in the hands of the showrunners. Pakistani dramas tend to have contrasting endings, like the popular drama Mere Paas Tum Ho, where writer Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar chose a tragic ending by killing off the protagonist.

As the story took unexpected turns, viewers were unsure how to react and what to expect in the final episode. However, many viewers want their Mujina to remain happy forever. This couple showed us that everyone makes mistakes and it is important to accept and love them despite their flaws and imperfections. In the end, it may be the same.
